These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of frozen pasta products (the “Products”) provided by A.M.FLOWLESS COMMS (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers (“you,” “your”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Information & Shelf Life

• All pasta is handmade and frozen immediately after preparation.
  
  
• Products have a shelf life of up to two (2) months when stored in the freezer at or below –18°C.
  
  
• You are responsible for ensuring that the Products are stored correctly after delivery.
  
  

2. Cooking & Preparation

• Each order is delivered with clear cooking instructions.
  
  
• We are not responsible for the final result if instructions are not followed.
  
  
• Variations in cooking appliances, methods, or ingredients added by you may affect the outcome.
  
  

3. Allergens & Ingredients

• Products may contain common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, or others.
  
  
• It is your responsibility to review ingredient information before consumption.
  
  
• We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients have been properly declared.
  
  

4. Orders, Deliveries & Collection

• Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis.
  
  
• Delivery or collection times  for custom orders will be in 15 days max following a confirmed and paid order.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
  
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of the Products, returns are not accepted.
  
  
• Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
  
  
  • You receive the wrong order,
    
    
  • Products arrive damaged or spoiled, or
    
    
  • There is a clear quality issue at the time of delivery.
    
    
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, including photographic evidence.
  
  

6. Liability

• We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of our Products.
  
  
• Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage, handling, and preparation lies with you.
  
  
• We are not liable for any issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the Products.
  
  

7. Packaging 

• We encourage customers to dispose of packaging responsibly.
  
  

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
