HOW
DOES IT
WORK?
Every 3 weeks we will drop 2 NEW FRESH
pasta creations. One vegan, one not.
Each new drop will be announced
with a cut-off date.
Every order will be delivered on the
drop date at your door or you
can request pick up instead.
If you like to put your hands on some
delicious fresh pasta, make sure
you place your order before the deadline
date, and wait for the drop day to have
it delivered fresh to your door.

RECIPES
VEGGIE CARBONARA - TAGLIOLINI
- Cut 1 zucchini in small cubes
- Fry it with finely chopped garlic in olive oil in a non-stick pan
- Season to taste and fry until golden brown
- Add 1/3 of a cup of hot water to the mix, lower the fire to the minimum and let is simmer
- In a separate bowl crack 3 eggs (for 2xpeople), beat them well, grate grana or parmigiano in the eggs (3 spoons), add pepper and stir well
- In the meanwhile, boil water and add a handful of thick salt, for the Tagliolini.
- Throw your Frozen ADDYS PASTA Tagliolini TO THE BOILING WATER, wait until bubbles form again, mix the pasta and count 4 min before draining them
- Add the pasta to the zucchini mix, with 1/3 cup of the pasta water, mix it and let the water evaporate a bit, then TURN OFF the heat completely, throw the egg mixture and stir until creamy. The egg will cook with the heat of the pasta.
- Serve hot and add pepper and grana to taste!
BROCCOLI SAUCE - REGINETTE
- Boil some salted water and add some chunks of Broccoli already prewashed
- Let it boil for about 5-10 min or until the broccoli head are medium/soft (don’t throw away the water)
- In a pan add some garlic and Olive oil
- Let the Garlic simmer, and when ready add the chunks of Broccoli and break them in smaller pieces, add pepper to taste
- In the same water you used for the broccoli, add your Frozen ADDYS PASTA and wait until bubbles form again, mix the pasta and count 4 min before draining them
- Add 1/3 of a cup of hot water to the broccoli mix, lower the fire to the minimum and let is simmer
- Add the pasta to the broccoli mix, stir and let all the water evaporate completely
- Serve hot and add pepper and grana to taste!
SAGE AND BUTTER - RAVIOLI ANY TYPE
- Melt some butter and sage in a pan
- Throw your Frozen ADDYS PASTA Ravioli TO THE BOILING WATER, wait until bubbles form again, mix the Ravioli gently and count 4 min before draining them
- Add the Ravioli to the pan with butter and stir gently for some seconds
- Serve hot and add pepper and grana to taste!
CHEERY TOMATOES – SHORT PASTA
- Add extra virgin olive oil to a pan with some garlic
- Let the garlic simmer for a few minutes, and add the cherry tomatoes either whole or cut in the middle. Add salt and pepper to taste
- In the meanwhile, boil water and add a handful of thick salt, for the Pasta.
- Throw your Frozen ADDYS PASTA TO THE BOILING WATER, wait until bubbles form again, mix the pasta and wait 4 min before draining them
- Add some pasta water to the already sizzling tomatoes
- Add the pasta to the pan and simmer for some seconds
- Serve hot and add pepper and grana to taste!
- BONUS * add some burrata chunks on top!
BUTTERNUTSQUASH SAUCE – LONG or SHORT PASTA
- Roast some butternut squash in the oven for 40 min, with olive oil and garlic and any herbs you like + salt and pepper to taste
- When the Butternut is ready place in a blender and mix the whole with some ricotta cheese and grana until smooth!
- In the meanwhile, boil water and add a handful of thick salt, for the Pasta.
- Throw your Frozen ADDYS PASTA TO THE BOILING WATER, wait until bubbles form again, mix the pasta and wait 4 min before draining them
- Add some hot pasta water to the butternut squash mix for extra smoothness!
- Place the pasta in a big bowl and place the sauce on top, mixing gently but well!
- Serve hot and add pepper and grana to taste!
PESTO AND CHERRY TOMATOES - GNOCCHI
- Pesto: in a mixer add a handful of basil leaves previously washed, 3 spoons of Extra virgin Olive Oil , 3 spoons of grated Parmesan or Grana cheese, 1 spoon of Nuts (Almonds,Pinenuts whatever you prefer), 1 Garlic Clove and blend until smooth
- In a pan Add Extra Virgin Olive oil and 1 garlic clove let sizzle , and when ready remove the garlic and add cherry tomatoes cut in half
- In the meanwhile, boil water and add a handful of thick salt, for the Gnocchi.
- When the tomatoes are soft , turn the heat off and add your pesto to the pan and mix well
- Throw your Frozen ADDYS GNOCCHI TO THE BOILING WATER – DO NOT MIX , wait for your gnocchi to start coming to the surface and slowly drain them one by one in the pan with the pesto
- Add some hot pasta water to the pesto sauce mix for extra smoothness!
- When all the Gnocchi are in the pan, give them a gentle stir with a big spoon just to mix the sauce well!Serve hot and add pepper and grana to taste!
